About Me
Experience
I'm a California native and graduate of Prairie View A&M University in Houston TX, where I earned my Masters in Human Science. I've played soccer and ran track & field my whole life, and both have taught me a lot about time & expectation management, adapting to my surroundings, self-advocacy, trusting my gut, being assertive, assisting/supporting others for the shared desired goal, and most importantly celebrating the big and small wins. As you can imagine these lessons have not only helped me personally but professionally as well. Lastly, I am a first-generation Black American born to Jamaican parents who completely understands the woes of code-switching in structures that see my duality and intersectionalities as weaknesses.
I have 6 yrs experience working with diverse communities of color, gender identities, gender expressions, and sexual orientations in both TX & CA. I enjoy creating a safe space for working professionals, athletes, performers, artists, queer, straight, interracial, kink +, non-binary, monogamous, open, and poly couples/ intimate partners struggling with physical/emotional affairs, lack of sexual desire, lack of intimacy, communication/loss of connection, premarital, discernment counseling co-parenting, or your relationship is in a rut & you just want to get back to what you know. As well as adults and emerging adults struggling with stress, the countless effects of systemic structures, boundaries, self-esteem, life transitions, and/or identity issues.
