Services

My therapeutic style is collaborative & eclectic meaning together we'll find a combination of modalities that work with you not against you. Some of my most utilized modalities involve being client-centered, non-judgmental, accepting/affirming, frank and kind.

I enjoy creating safe spaces for working professionals, athletes, performers, artists, queer, straight, interracial, sex+, monogamous & C/ENM couples & individuals struggling w/ physical/emotional affairs, regaining intimacy, regaining confidence, creating boundaries, living with anxiety, treating depression, understanding CPTSD, alleviating stress, identity exploration & affirmation, healthy communication, meaningful connection, conscious co-parenting or maybe things have become too routine and you just need a designated space to figure it all out.

Individual Therapy

It's time to get to know YOU. Through individual therapy, we engage in self-reflection, self-exploration and challenge our comfort zone. Setting boundaries ("No" is a complete sentence), managing stress, breaking generational habits, and most importantly learning to celebrate the small wins

Intimate Partners Therapy

Intimate Partners therapy can help with an array of concerns ; roles in the relationship, finances, children, family of origin relationships, sex and intimacy exploration, communication, functional co-parenting, or maybe your relationships in a rut & you want to get back on track, or figure out what your new "normal" is. Through our sessions we'll explore who you are as individuals, as well as a unit. Most importantly mending the foundation of your relationship that is your friendship.

Sibling/Friendship Therapy

Couples Therapy, but for platonic relationships. Therapy between siblings or friends is often overlooked even though it can present some of the same issues. Through this therapy, we'll create a safe space for otherwise difficult conversations to take place while practicing healthy communication, active listening, and reevaluating boundaries.

*I offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces*
